The caving system consists of multiple different challenges along the experience. The above ground, multi-pod caving experience is open to all groups bridging the activity gap for Beavers!

Our indoor sleeping accommodation has recently been completely refurbished and is an ideal space to host indoor residential experiences. The building's well designed layout offers bedrooms, kitchen, washing facilities, boot room and a large multi-use space for eating and games.

The Storm building has recently been re-located and completely refurbished.
It houses the .177 rifle range in one end. The other part, which contains the traversing wall, can be hired for wet-weather accommodation or activities. The building has strip lighting and a power supply.
The outstanding 48 bed lodge at Leslie Sell Activity Centre is ready to book! Situated in the heart of the camping grounds and with excellent facilities, the wooden lodge is perfectly equipped to house large groups with full kitchen facilities and recreation/dining area overlooking the beautiful Bedfordshire scenery.
The training centre is a great place, not only for training but also for meetings, conferences and social events. When using the centre we can offer the use of many facilities.
The large kitchen has a fantastic variety of facilities such as a large gas cooker, large fridge/freezer and a range of utensils and crockery.
