Huish Woods is open to all Scout, Guide, DofE, School and Youth groups, whether it be for a small group to a large-scale camp of 500+ people.

Huish Woods Campsite is situated at the edge of the Blackdown Hills 7 miles from the county town of Taunton on the A358.

Archery

Huish Woods on site open air archery zone is perfect for beginners to experienced Robin Hoods! Our own archery instructors are available with the hire of the equipment or should you have qualified adults that hold permits, they can lead the session too. A covered area is available should the weather be poor.

Govett Hall - Hall Only

The Govett Hall sleeps 40 roll mats on the floor and 6 on bunk beds in the leader’s room. The Hall also includes a full commercial kitchen.
