The site has a man made caving training system build under the climbing tower. The maximum group size is 10 for hourly sessions. This a self led activity by adults from the participating group. Boiler suits and helmets are provided.
The site has a tower with climbing and abseiling faces for hire along with the appropriate equipment (harnesses, helmets, ropes etc). Please note that those hiring the tower complex will need to provide their own qualified instructors. The tower is hireable for hourly sessions, maximum group size is 10. Minimum age 6.

We currently have three pedal Go Karts for hire. Each kart can have a driver and passenger. Each Go Kart comes with 2 helmets to be worn at all times during the activity. The use of these is restricted to the campsite only.
Laser Tag is a shooting game similar to paintball and air soft. The biggest difference between Laser Tag and other sports, however, is that Laser Tag is you’ll never have to wear safety equipment because players don’t shoot pellets or paint balls. Minimum age 6 years old. 20 guns are available for 2 hour sessions.
48 bed lodge in 6 dorms (2 x 14 beds, 4 x 5 beds). The lodge has a large dining/activity hall, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), toilets and showers. In the main hall there is a built in ceiling projector and screen for presentations/training events. The accommodation is not suitable for wheel chair users.

The site is home to the River Hamble Pétanque Club who have qualified youth instructors who can run hourly sessions for a maximum of 15 people. Pétanque is a sport that falls into the category of boules sports, along with raffa, bocce, boule lyonnaise, lawn bowls and crown green bowling.
The site has 12 pioneerings poles (Six 5 metre and six 2 metre) available for hire. There is also some rope available, but for larger or more specialised projects you may wish to bring your own rope.
Equipment is available to hire to Scout & Guide groups for use on the River Hamble. There are 5 single & 5 double sit on kayaks & 6 open canoes. Hire includes paddles & buoyancy aids. Archery but instead of pointed arrows the arrows are tipped with suckers! Suitable for all ages and can be self led, no instructor required. Equipment can be used anywhere on site and there is no maximum numbers per session.
TRACS provides a quality environment to carry out training at the Lodge. Ideal for training teams as well as corporate training events, amateur radio (HAMJAM, JOTI/JOTA events) and entertainment centre etc. Room is suitable for up to 16 people and has a projector and screen, along with 6 computers with web access.
