Sun Exposure - Make sure Explorers use sunscreen or wear hats if it’s sunny, and stay hydrated.
Allergic Reactions - Be aware of any food allergies related to the treats inside the eggs. Conduct a mini-survey before the hunt.
Conflict - Encourage sportsmanship and respect among teams to prevent disputes over found eggs.
Environmental Hazards - Keep an eye on potential dangers in the hunting areas, such as sharp objects, water hazards, or uneven terrains.

Treats or small prizes to fill the eggs
Bags or baskets for collecting eggs
Clue cards with riddles for the hunt

Instructions

Instructions:

Preparation: Before the session, hide plastic eggs around your location (indoors or outdoors) and fill them with treats or small prizes. Create a list of clues that lead to specific locations where the eggs are hidden.
Introduction: Gather the Explorers and explain the rules of the egg hunt. Inform them that each team will solve clues to find the hidden eggs.
Team Formation: Divide the Explorers into small teams of 3-5 members for friendly competition.
Clue Distribution: Hand out the first clue to each team. They will follow the clues to find the eggs. Determine how many eggs each team should find or if they should find as many as possible in a time limit.
Hunt Time: Set a timer for 30-40 minutes for the hunt. As they find eggs, they can collect them in their bags or baskets.
Completion: Once the time is up, gather the Explorers and have each team share how many eggs they found. Consider awarding prizes for most eggs found, best teamwork, etc.
