Are there monsters in the pond? Find out by making your own net to catch them.

Resources

You will need:
• A pair of tights
• Wire coat hanger
• Heavy parcel or duct tape
• Scissors
• Needle and thread
• Bamboo cane

Instructions

1. Make a long pair of shorts out of the tights by cutting most of the legs off. Now tie the legs together. You have a net!
2. Bend the coat hanger so that it is square-sided as in the picture.
3. Put your net over the coat hanger, fold the top back over and sew it in place.
4. Straighten the hooked end of the coat hanger and fixit to the bamboo cane with tape.
5. Now your ready to go pond dipping!
