Description

In this quick, engaging activity, Scouts will get a chance to share their progress on their personal challenge award.

Resources

Resources:

1. A soft ball or beanbag to pass around.

Instructions

Instructions:

Each Scout will have a few minutes to speak. You can use the following format for sharing:

- What is your personal challenge?
- What progress have you made?
- What obstacles have you faced, and how did you overcome them?

1. Gather all Scouts in a circle.

2. Explain the purpose of the activity: Scouts will share one thing they have done to progress on their personal challenge. They can also share any challenges they faced.

3. Pass around a soft ball or beanbag.

4. The Scout holding the ball will share their update and then pass the ball to someone else.

5. Encourage Scouts to listen actively and provide supportive feedback after each update.

6. If a Scout finishes sharing but is still holding the ball, they can choose someone else to share next.
Continue until everyone has had a chance to speak or until time is up.
