Instructions

1. Introduction (2 min) – "What’s a Planet?"

Gather the children in a circle.
Briefly explain that planets are big round worlds that go around the Sun.
Show a simple visual (printed picture or a ball as the "Sun").
2. Planet Parade Game (6 min) – Move Like the Planets!

Call out each planet one by one and have the kids act like that planet:
Mercury – Run in place (fastest planet).
Venus – Spin slowly (hottest planet with thick clouds).
Earth – Walk and wave (our home, full of life).
Mars – Take big jumps (low gravity).
Jupiter – Stretch arms wide (biggest planet).
Saturn – Spin with arms out like rings.
Uranus – Walk sideways (tilted planet).
Neptune – Move like a wave (stormy and windy).
3. Wrap-Up (2 min) – "Which Planet Was Your Favorite?"

Ask kids which movement they liked best.
Summarize: "Planets are all different and exciting!"
End with a big group moon jump together. ??
