Description

Using a raclette machine making smores inside when weather does not permit fires.
I used this at a Scouting Christmas fair to sell S'mores.

Resources

Raclette machine
Marshmellows
Chocolate biscuits

Instructions

Heat the raclette
Cut the marshmallow into two parts (to reduce the height - else it can stick to the element).
Put a biscuit into a tray, chocolate side up, add the cut marshmallows. Toast under the element for 3 minutes until golden brown. Top with the other chocolate biscuit, chocolate side down.
Eat in a napkin.
