Instructions

Three related activities to cover off the ARTIST badge in one session or a camp:

1) Cubs draw up a treasure map or map of an imaginery place with everything they would like on it i.e unicorns, dragons, animals or volcanoes, jungle, quick sand etc (use google search for other ideas). They can scrunch it up and rub it on the floor to make it look old and tear bits off it.

2)Design a book cover with a title and author to hide the map in.

3)Write a card to explain how to use the map, navigate any dangers on the map or to find the treasurer. The card is to be put in the book cover with the map and can be put in an envelope that they can make (optional).
