Description

Young People are challenged to build a tower whilst blindfolded, forcing them to rely on their sense of touch.

Resources

Building blocks/Lego/Duplo/Cardboard Boxes - can be changed to vary the challenge level

Instructions

Explain to the Young People that they are going to be building a tower using only their sense of touch - give each person a selection of the chosen building material and a blindfold.
Set a timer, pop the blindfolds on, and shout go!
At the end of the time, remove blindfolds and have a look at the finished towers. Talk about how easy/hard it was to do and what made it so.

The difficulty can be increased by changing the items they are using to build with/the shapes of the blocks.
