Resources

 Small Cup
 Mixing bowl
 Frying pan
 Fish Slice
 Stove
 Cheese
 Ham
 Passata (Tomatoes)
 Tin of Sweetcorn (unopened label removed)
 Small amount of Semolina
 Pizza Dough Mix

Instructions

Empty both sachets of dough mix in to the bowl and add 200ml water
Mix into a smooth dough and leave for 5 minutes to start rising. Whilst waiting get the stove set up and put the empty frying pan on at a very low heat to start warming up.
Divide the dough in to 2.
Put some semolina on the table and place one piece of the dough on top. Flatten with the palm of your hand and then roll out with unopened tin of sweetcorn to form a rough 20cm circle.
Repeat for the 2nd piece of Dough.
Spread the tomato on the dough leaving a 1cm strip all the way around without tomato.
Top with cheese and Ham.
Rub a little water on the clear 1cm strip around the edge
Carefully fold the pizza in half to form a cushion and press the edges down to seal.
Lay one pizza in the warm pan and turn the heat up to medium, cook for 5 minutes and then carefully turn over with the fish slice.
Cook for 5 mins on this side, if it doesn’t look quite cooked turn over and cook for a little longer.
Slide on to a plate and then cook the second pizza.
