Talk about what makes a good story.

Do they like exciting stories or stories with animals etc?
What is there favourite story and why?

Ask Squirrels to divided into nests, and pick a story from the pile, each nest goes back to a different table and get an adult to read that chosen story. Talk about the story with there children, what happen and why?

When they are finished with the story in their groups make up a group story, using everyone’s ideas and ask squirrels to draw a picture relating to our group story.
