Instructions

Explain that we're going to do some activities to see how long 2 minutes is in preparation for the 2 minute silence on Remembrance Day.

1. Ask the Beavers to stand on one leg and sit down when they think 2 minutes has passed. No peeping at clocks!
2. Ask Beavers to choose an exercise and we will tell them when to start and stop. Could be running on the spot, star jumps, stretches.
