To prepare for a open meeting in which Beavers will be able to invite anyone old or young that they would like to introduce to Beavers.

Have the Beavers make invites for those that they would like to invite. This could be a friend, family member, neighbour - anyone that they would like to introduce to Scouting.

Also hold a brain storm in small groups of the activities they would like to have during the meeting.
