Discuss local opportunities to recycle, allow Beavers to decide what types of waste goes where. Then design Poster to promote local recycling.

Resources

A4 posters to show local recycling facilities, 1 for each facility.
Large selection of household waste products.

Instructions

Ask Beavers if they know where they can recycle locally, put poster up for every one they name. e.g. kerbside collections (blue wheelie bin - recycle items form council list, waste food bin, green wheelie bin - garden refuse) civic amenity areas, local stores, own garden
