Instructions

select one yp to be santa
split the rest into two groups of roughly equal numbers. these are the reindeer
give each one a name - Dasher, dancer, prancer, vixen, comet, cupid, Blitzen and rudolph making sure each group has a mix of names.
one group of reindeer line up at one end of the hall this is the north pole and the other group line up at the other end this is home.
santa stands in the middle of the room and when an adult calls out the reindeers name they have to run from home to the north pole or vice versa without getting caught by santa. santa has to tag reindeer on the sholder. santa can not enter the reindeer home or the north pole
